We are pleased to announce the following vacancy in the Operations Department within Quest Holdings Ltd. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.

Brief Description:

Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by email, telephone, or schedule visits to solicit payment.  Duties include receiving payment proof from clients and ensuring that all payments are posted on a customer’s account while keeping collection records on Quest Collection Software System.

Detailed Description:

·         Debt collection on behalf of financial and commercial institutions

·         Perform   various   administrative   functions   on  assigned   accounts   such   as recording address changes, purging the records of deceased customers, verification and validation of customer’s details as received from principals

·         Advise customer on ways of clearing their debts in terms of restructure, full and final settlement while sensitizing them on the importance of paying their debts and consequences of non-payment

·         Monitor and control portfolio performance

·         Mediate disputes between customers and principals

·         Locate  and  notify  customers  on  delinquent  accounts  by  mail,  telephone,  or scheduled visits in order to solicit payments

·         Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts

·         Initiate the clearance process on cleared debts once you receive payment proof and have the same posted by the accountants

·         Provide customers with their correct account details e.g.  Balances, account numbers etc.

·         In some financial institutions like state loans, facilitate loan recovery via third parties like employers and guarantors

·         Maintaining data integrity and keep customer details confidential

·         Attend to walk in customers

·         Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts on Quest Collection System

·         Arrange for debt repayments or establish repayment schedules based on customers financial situations

·         Negotiate credit extensions when necessary

·         Prepare of daily and monthly reports as required

Education & Experience:

ü  MS Word; MS Excel- Advanced

ü  Excellent Knowledge of  working  with  Customer  Support  and  or  Customer

ü  Information Systems

ü  Strong Analytical & Negotiation Skills, Good Problem Solving skills

ü  Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

ü  Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must

ü  Diploma in a relevant field

Team Leader-Operations

We are pleased to announce above vacancy in the Operations Department within Quest Holdings Ltd. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.

Brief Description:-

Responsible for managing the day to day operations of a collections team. The position requires the person to develop, lead and motivate the collections staff to deliver outstanding performance

Detailed Description:

·         Manage the set profitability rate of each book.

·         Analyze the individual financial adviser’s book performance with an aim of ensuring the attainment of the agreed collections rate

·         Target setting in liaison with the Operations Manager.

·         Manage the performance of the books under his/her control.

·         Manage the operational costs by continuously monitoring the teams under their supervision so as to achieve an increased operational efficiency

·         Reviews collection reports to ascertain status of collections and outstanding balances and to evaluate effectiveness of collection policies and procedures within own portfolio

·         Coordinate the exchange of information and update procedures and collection techniques

·         Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort

·         Ensure that the team members live up to the corporate values of Quest Holdings Ltd

·         Drive 100% completion of Objective setting for the team by the deadline as guided by HR

·         Continuously advise and review the Incentive programs for Staff

·         Ensure 100% participation of the division in strategy alignment and process improvement

·         Internal Staff Delight Index improvement by agreed targets

Education & Experience:

ü  Diploma Holder in a Business Related Course.(Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field will be an added advantage)

ü  Three to Five years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferably in the credit/banking industry.

ü  Demonstrated commercial acumen capability

ü  Good communication & presentation skills

ü  Report writing skills

ü  Analytical Thinking

ü  Follow-ups monitoring

ü  Strong leadership & management abilities to inspire and coach employees
